This is a fixed term 12 month contract *** This role will be working within the Construction office-based team and be responsible for all administration for the department, in particular the Health, Environment and Safety, & Quality Assurance. (HESQ) Key role responsibilities To manage the development of good administrative practice for the Production team including maintaining and developing procedures, records and systems. First point of contact for any general enquiries received for the Production teams, responding or redirecting where appropriate. Management of dashboards and issuing of all relevant information. Responsible for regular KPI reporting and tracking, ensuring directors are updated on a regular basis. Management of workmanship manual, ensuring all information is updated when processes change. Proactively following up of forms and applications when needed. Support using all types of communication to connect with stakeholders, e.g. telephone calls, emails, minute taking, message noting and letter writing. Preparation of, and issuing documentation to team, site personnel and other relevant parties. Supporting the Production team on our construction software. Management of creating, updating and co-ordinating programmes for Contracts Managers. Assisting Site Managers with completing HESQ Reports.
