A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join a brand activation agency who are working with some of the best brands in the retail, FMCG and fashion space!

They specialise in creating campaigns that truly connect with consumers, from live events and immersive activations through to retail experiences, physical and digital touchpoints. With big ambitions and exciting growth plans, they’re now looking to expand their events offering and strengthen their client services team.
About the role...
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll be a key part of the client services team, reporting into an Account Director and working closely with creative and production teams to bring campaigns to life. With your background in events, you’ll bring the knowledge and expertise the team needs across everything from logistics and scheduling to health & safety, supplier management and the practical requirements that make events a success.
You’ll manage day-to-day client relationships across a portfolio of well-known brands, overseeing the smooth running of projects from concept through to delivery. Campaigns will span live events, product launches, experiential activations, installations, shoots and retail experiences, so no two days will be the same! As well as delivering outstanding campaigns, you’ll also be commercially savvy, spotting opportunities to grow accounts and build long-lasting client partnerships.
About you...
To be considered for this Senior Account Manager role, you’ll have solid experience in events, ideally gained within an integrated, brand activation or experiential agency. You’ll be confident managing client relationships and multiple stakeholders, while also bringing hands-on knowledge of event delivery, from logistics, scheduling and supplier management through to health & safety and on-site requirements. Organised and proactive, you’ll be comfortable juggling multiple projects at once, with a solutions-focused mindset and a strong commercial outlook to spot opportunities for growth. Above all, you’ll have a genuine passion for delivering memorable experiences and the ability to bring fresh ideas and energy to the team.
