The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled, tenacious, and innovative Strategic Lead - Education. You will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious vision in Sunderland. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Strategic leadership and management of the Inclusion function within the Educational Services Directorate, ensuring inclusive educational practices across the city to improve outcomes for all children and young people.
2. Collaborating with school leaders, governors, elected members, and key partners to drive collaboration and improvement across Inclusion services, including services for vulnerable children and young people.
3. Shaping and inspiring change.
4. Leading and supporting our talented workforce.
