We are now looking for a professional, proactive and solution focused Assistant Property Manager to join the team.
The Role
As an Assistant Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Act as a key point of contact for leaseholders, residents, contractors, and suppliers
2. Support the wider property team in delivering services in accordance with management agreements, block leases, RICS codes of practice, and internal KPIs
3. Ensuring all property records, correspondence, and documentation are accurately maintained on the Property Management system
4. Liasing with the internal maintenance division to arrange and progress reactive and planned maintenance works
5. Assisting with the procurement of external contractors, including preparing scopes of works, obtaining quotations, and supporting tender processes
6. Carrying out regular site visits and block inspections, identifying defects, maintenance requirements, and health and safety concerns and ensuring compliance
