As the P&C Manager, you will be a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and solutions to support our talented team in doing their best work. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead all people-related matters and processes, ensuring we have the right talent, policies, and systems in place to drive sustainable growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:

* Managing core P&C functions such as recruitment, employee relations, talent management, employee engagement, and payroll
* Providing hands-on HR support and coaching to managers to build their people management capabilities
