A client of ours in the Kelvedon area is recruiting a Client Relationship Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (35 hours) and paying 29,000 - 32,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties
* Manage and develop client accounts and build long-term relationships
* Lead client meetings (virtual and in-person)
* Monitor performance and resolve service issues
* Identify service improvements and growth opportunities
* Support with team objectives and process improvements
* Coordinate with internal teams, advisors, and surveyors for timely delivery
* Arrange site visits and manage logistics and access
* Process quotations and instructions accurately and on time
* Handle bespoke client requirements and ensure expectations are met
* Conduct audits of account and operational processes
* Track and report on account and departmental performance
* Support upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth initiatives
* Maintain accurate client records and documentation
* Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards
* Contribute to continuous improvement and ad hoc projects
Skills and Experience required
* Previous client relationship, account management, call centre and customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Team collaboration and coordination skills
* IT proficiency (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, reporting tools)
