Responsibilities
Main duties:
Identify prospects and assist current students
The Role:
– Provide excellent customer service to new and existing students
– Offer students guidance and advise throughout the course enrolment process
– Convert prospects into students
– Work towards quality-based targets and KPIs
– Data inputting for internal reports and accurate student database
Candidate's Profile
– Fluent in Arabic (both written and verbally) – Mandatory
– Also fluent in French – Ideal
– Previous experience sales or business development – Required
– Strong communication and relationship building skills
– Driven candidate with positive attitude
– IT literate including CRM
