Job Title: Telemarketer
Salary:£25,000 per annum (OTE £35k-£40k+ p/a)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with flexible, hybrid working
Location: Initial training in Leicester but then remote thereafter. The successful candidate will be able to commute to Leicester for ad hoc days in the office.
Holiday: 23 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) increasing by one day per year of service (up to a maximum of 5 days).
Responsibilities
* Execute the outbound telemarketing campaigns
* Appointment setting for Partners and Managers
* Maintenance of prospect data
* Generate new business leads
* Manage opportunity pipelines
* General administration duties where required
About You (Qualifications & Skills)
* Experience working in an office environment
* Minimum 1 year telesales experience
* Excellent understanding of telephone sales techniques, in particular overcoming objectives and closing
* Knowledge of our market and competition is desirable
* English and maths GCSE at minimum grade 5+
* Excellent IT skills, including a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Charismatic and passionate with the ability to engage well with contacts
* Strong customer service mindset
* Ability to balance busy workflow demands and meet deadlines
* Able to adapt as work can change instantly and quickly establish relationships at all levels
* Highly personable with excellent communication skills and presentation
