What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with KS1 pupils (school, EYFS, or childcare background all considered)
A calm, consistent, and proactive approach to support
Confidence delivering small group work in reading, phonics, and numeracy
Strong communication skills and ability to use initiative
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
Your Role as a KS1 LSA Could Include:
Supporting class teachers with day-to-day routines and lesson delivery
Delivering targeted phonics and reading interventions
Providing additional support in literacy and numeracy sessions
Encouraging learning through play, discussion, and visual resources
Building strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
Working flexibly on a full-time or part-time basis, depending on your availability
