4. Supervising classes when teachers are away, keeping lessons on track
5. Supporting pupils with their learning and behaviour

You don’t need teaching experience!
If you’ve worked with young people before (coaching, youth work, tutoring, even volunteering), that’s a bonus—but what really matters is confidence, communication skills, and a willingness to get stuck in.
