What You’ll Do as a Catering Assistant: Assist with the preparation, presentation, and serving of food. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Support cooks and catering supervisors with daily tasks and service routines. Ensure food hygiene, safety procedures, and allergen controls are always followed. Provide friendly customer service to students and staff during meal periods. Help set up and clear down equipment, utensils, and dining spaces. What We’re Looking for in a Catering Assistant: Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or a similar role (desirable but not essential).
