About Us
There are a few things that we look for in all our Support Workers, we would need you to be a good communicator (verbally and in writing), be patient, confident and enthusiastic about caring for others, use your own initiative, work as part of a team, have flexibility to work a varied shift pattern to provide 24‑hour support, share our AFG values, and have a willingness to learn and develop. No prior care experience is required; full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to individuals in a 24‑hour environment.
* Communicate effectively with clients, team members and supervisors.
* Respond to changing shift patterns, including days, waking nights, sleep‑ins and weekends.
Qualifications
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Patience, confidence and enthusiasm for caring for others.
* Ability to use initiative and work collaboratively.
* Flexibility to work varied shift patterns to offer continuous support.
* Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
Pay and Benefits
