The Role Hands-on gardening with responsibility. Leading a small team on site Lawn care, hedge cutting, pruning and seasonal maintenance Planting and general horticultural tasks Managing your day and maintaining high standards Representing the business professionally with clients Youll be trusted to run jobs properly. What Theyre Looking For Minimum 5 years gardening experience RHS Level 2 (or equivalent horticultural qualification) Experience supervising or leading others Clean UK driving licence held for at least 5 years No criminal record This suits someone confident, organised and proud of their work.
