What You’ll Be Doing (besides keeping the MD sane):
· Be the right-hand to our Managing Director - managing his diary, booking travel, fending off calendar clashes, and keeping inboxes under control.
· Orchestrate events, from conference room chaos to capturing that all-important “smiling with a sandwich” shot for our socials.
· Keep us safe and compliant: risk assessments, e-learning, COSHH library, and an online accident book (because safety first, always!).
· Welcome franchisees and staff, celebrate milestones, and manage all things franchisee - manuals, agreements, training, and more.
· Be the operations ninja - track policies, manage supplier relationships (printers, uniforms, you name it), and team up with our IT Developer to keep our bespoke system running and evolving.
· Communications guru: performance reports, newsletters, updates on our good deeds, and the occasional meme.
· Tame the tech: CRM, password managers, video snippets, and QR codes.
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Co-ordinator, or similar “wearer of many hats.”
· Pro-level organisation, multitasking wizardry, and (ideally) a love of to-do lists.
· Superb communicator - written, spoken, and preferably with a sense of humour.
· Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office, CRM systems, basic video editing, and not scared of the odd spreadsheet.
· Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and a natural “fixer.”
· Passion for supporting people, celebrating success, and making a positive impact.
