HR Advisor
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Contract: Initial 6-month FTC
We are partnering with a highly successful, customer-focused leading brand to recruit a HR Advisor in Stoke-on-Trent for an initial 6-month FTC with real scope to be made permanent.
This role offers a varied workload, allowing you to utilise your full generalist HR toolkit in a forward-thinking organisation that values its people highly.
In this key role, you will:
1. Provide advice to management on employee relations and management issues
2. Work on employee engagement projects
3. Create, implement, and administer employee policies
4. Coach the management team
5. Use systems to access, input, and compile data
6. Act as the point of contact for managers, employees, and other HR team members
We are seeking a forward-thinking HR Advisor with:
* Strong employee relations experience
* Good employment law knowledge
* Well-developed judgment skills for resolving issues
* The ability to engage colleagues at all levels of the organisation
