Role Responsibilities
* Assist clients in buying and selling properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
* Support senior negotiators with ongoing deals.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and support.
* Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers, always aiming for the best outcomes for clients.
* Follow up leads on enquiries.
* Speak with potential buyers.
* Build relationships to encourage sales.
* Stay updated with market trends and local property values to provide accurate information.
Skills & Experience Required
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
* Proven track record of punctuality and reliability, demonstrating strong time‑management abilities.
* Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
* A genuine enthusiasm for the property market, with a keen interest in local property trends.
