Key Responsibilities:
* Support the English department in delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Work 1:1 and with small groups to support literacy, comprehension, and written expression
* Help students develop confidence in their reading and writing skills
* Assist in preparing teaching materials and classroom displays
* Encourage students’ love of language, literature, and creative writing
Ideal Candidate:
* A degree in English Literature, English Language, or a related field
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A passion for working with young people and helping them succeed
* Organised, enthusiastic, and proactive
* Experience working with students (in school, tutoring, mentoring, or volunteering) is desirable
