Despite being part of an international corporation, this position entails working within a compact office dedicated to serving UK clients. We are looking for candidates with strong administrative skills and a foundational understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency in SAGE or equivalent accounting software is a must.
Responsibilities:
* Dealing with inbound calls and directing to appropriate colleague
* Logging customer helpdesk queries and passing to Engineers
* Processing sales orders
* Raising invoices in Sage
* Allocating inbound sales leads to correct member of sales team
* Chasing outstanding invoices for payment
* Escalating bad debt to sales team and senior management
* Managing administration of company car fleet
* Dealing with all paperwork relating to company cars
* Allocating purchase orders to Sage and relevant invoices
Candidate requirements:
1. Strong administration experience
2. Previous use of Sage is essential
3. Good telephone manner and customer service ability
4. Previous finance administration/accounts experience desirable
