An exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly motivated Account Manager has arisen within a rapidly expanding printing business. This position has now been filled.
Responsibilities
* Thrive in customer service with great attention to detail and a highly competent, client‑centric approach to managing £1m+ accounts.
* Process “Request for Quotes”, orders and artwork for clients.
* Utilise indepth knowledge of print products and processes and first‑rate communication skills to maximise contract values and build long‑term relationships with clients that will stand the test of time.
* Supported by our in‑house Management Information System, track and ensure all jobs are delivered without issue and with excellent client communication throughout.
* Assist in forming strategies to win and retain key accounts.
* Be articulate, very well organised, determined and motivated.
Qualifications
Print knowledge is a must for this role, although other applications may be considered should your Account Management skills be sufficiently high, well‑demonstrated and transferrable.
