Project Delivery & Performance
* Ensure all projects and tasks are completed on time and to required standards.
* Monitor and manage KPIs, ensuring performance targets are consistently met.
* Oversee cost control measures and maintain accurate budget tracking.
* Drive operational efficiency across all workflows.
Client Relationship Management
* Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships.
* Anticipate client needs rather than reacting to issues after they arise.
* Provide clear communication and updates throughout project lifecycles.
Planning & Coordination
* Manage programming and scheduling to ensure smooth project execution.
* Oversee creation and management of CPP files and other project documentation
Health & Safety
* Set up and maintain Health & Safety processes for all relevant sites or activities.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal safety standards.
* Support teams in implementing safe working practices.
Skills & Experience
✔ Essential
* Strong organisational and planning skills.
* Experience managing budgets and cost control.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Confident communicator with excellent client‑facing skills.
* Understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
* Experience with scheduling/programming tools or systems.
✔ Desirable
* Background in fire protection & contracts management
* Experience managing CPP files or similar documentation.
* Ability to influence and coordinate multiple teams.
