We require an experienced Programme Manager to work on behalf of our client leading a programme of Telecomms and Electrical Installation programmes at their site in Ireland. The role will involve extensive visits to Ireland if that is not your home base.
- Overall contract execution and compliance including:
o Providing oversight and general management to ensure services are executed to the predetermined service level agreement.
o Effective management of the day-to-day operations of services.
o Administrative support duties for program level tasks and projects requested and/or required by the client.
- Ensure the strategic health, performance, and continuous improvement of the contracted services including:
o Providing oversight and general management to ensure services are executed to the predetermined Service Level Agreement (SLA) including: effective management of day-to-day operations and providing administrative support for program-level tasks.
o Managing the overall health of the service and performance management program including accurately reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SLAs via established tools.
o Ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or post orders are up to date and disseminated.
o Regularly evaluate all program aspects to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
