We are building a team of 6 Recruitment Specialists in Alderley Park as part of our new recruitment model.
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for the Group. This role requires exceptional sourcing skills, a deep understanding of candidate evaluation, and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of potential candidates.
As a seasoned recruitment professional with a proven track record in candidate attraction, you will be instrumental in building attraction campaigns promoting the Royal London Brand within the internal/external market to attract talent and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
About the role
* Partner with Recruitment Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
* Utilize various sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, and passive candidate outreach, to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
* Conduct candidate assessments such as resume reviews, phone screens, and in-depth interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
* Present qualified candidates to Recruitment Business Partners with evaluations and recommendations.
* Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.
* Act as a brand ambassador, promoting organizational values and opportunities to prospective candidates.
* Stay informed on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to refine sourcing strategies.
* Collaborate with Recruitment Business Partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
* Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
About you
* Experience working successfully within a matrixed HR delivery model.
* Proven success in a recruitment role, either in-house or agency, focusing on candidate sourcing and headhunting.
* Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, digital channels, and recruitment technology.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
* Proficiency with sourcing tools, platforms, and social media channels.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple pipelines.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
