What you'll do: Oversee daily operations by planning, scheduling, and delivering all planned, reactive, and statutory activities on time while ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, SLAs, KPIs, and ISO standards. Lead, motivate, and develop the team — managing performance, recruitment, training, succession planning, HR processes, staff meetings, and communication. Maintain accurate records, support financial performance, assist the Unit/Soft Services Manager, and contribute to commercial targets and continuous improvement initiatives (including 5S and LEAN). Build strong client relationships by understanding business needs, escalating issues appropriately, supporting other sites when required, and identifying opportunities for service or business growth. Ensure a consistently high standard of service delivery and workplace safety through effective supervision, adherence to procedures, and active participation in Sodexo initiatives and activities. What you'll bring: Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve standards, operate to performance criteria, and work well under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; literate and numerate. Works effectively as part of a team and confident in issuing simple instructions. Strong interpersonal skills; communicates effectively with customers, clients, and colleagues. Well-organised with excellent time management.
