Powder Coater Operative – Bilston
Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00pm – 06:00am
Pure Staff are currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established client in Bilston for a Powder Coater Operative.
Key Responsibilities:
* Wet spraying of metal components
* Preparing surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required
* Performing quality checks to ensure high standards are met
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Experience in powder coating or wet spraying preferred
* Strong work ethic – honest, reliable, and committed
* Good physical stamina – the role involves lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
