Responsibilities:
* Help the owners manage the front of house, waiting/bar, and reception workers daily.
* Communicate with each department manager to ensure that every visitor has a flawless experience.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and show outstanding leadership to staff.
* Make sure that every decision is made in the best interests of the hotel and its owners.
* Ensure understanding, awareness, and adherence to all security, inventory control, and loss prevention measures.
* Identify and solve problems, offering individual suggestions to enhance goods and services.
* Remain open to new ideas, actively explore them, and attend staff meetings.
