Service Delivery Manager
Location: Anglesey, North Wales
Salary: Up to £90,000

The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery of specialist training services at our client's operational site in Anglesey, North Wales. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve agreed objectives across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People, ensuring services are delivered on time and in line with strategic plans.
Key Accountabilities
* Overall accountability for service delivery in line with short, medium, and long-term plans
* Leadership and line management of operational teams required to deliver contracted services
* Implementation and adherence to the organisation's operating model, quality systems, processes, and procedures
* Driving performance, engagement, and accountability across a matrix workforce
* Building strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and supply chain partners
* Optimising operational performance to achieve sustainable long-term results
* Supporting the General Manager in meeting financial targets and milestones
* Using continuous improvement tools to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
We are keen to hear from candidates with a background in operational leadership within a manufacturing, engineering, or similarly regulated environment. You are likely to demonstrate:
* Proven experience in a Service Delivery, Operations, Production, or Manufacturing Management role
* Strong leadership capability with a track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and developing high performance cultures
* Solid understanding of quality management systems, process compliance, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, CI tools)
* Experience of managing complex schedules, resource planning, and on-time delivery against customer commitments
* Financial awareness including budget control, cost optimisation, and delivery of efficiency savings
* Ability to work effectively within a matrix structure and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced operational setting
* Commitment to safety leadership and the promotion of a strong safety culture
