You will work closely with other functional TPMs — and at times perform as one — to maintain program rhythm, anticipate risks, and ensure smooth cross-domain execution. Join us today! Position is available in UK (Cambridge, Manchester, Sheffield) Responsibilities Own and drive SoC programs from concept to production, coordinating all phases of the product lifecycle. Develop and lead project schedules, tracking achievements, work you're doing, and interdependencies to meet program goals. Collaborate closely with functional TPMs and engineering leads to ensure multi-functional alignment and efficient execution. Serve as the primary interface between architecture, design, verification, software, validation, and operations teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges. Participate in key design and readiness reviews, lead scope changes effectively, and maintain focus on critical work. Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks early with data-driven recommendations and structured escalation. Drive approval and leadership reviews, providing transparent updates on status, issues, and trade-offs. Handle material readiness, samples allocation, and logistics to support bring-up and validation milestones. Collect lessons learned and apply best practices to improve execution efficiency across future programs. Lead and influence quality and process improvement initiatives that strengthen Arm’s execution subject area and delivery capability. Required Skills And Experience BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Science, or related field; MS preferred, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of technical program management experience in SoC/ASIC/processor development, covering concept through bring-up and productization. Solid understanding of datacenter, networking, or consumer SoC architecture and design, including key interfaces and platform-level dependencies. Proven success in leading global, multi-functional teams and handling execution across multiple disciplines. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to lead complexity, ambiguity, and fast-paced development cycles. Excellent communication and influence skills, with shown ability to align participants and drive decisions without direct authority. Track record of delivering high-quality products on time through focused planning and proactive risk management.
