Are you a visionary architect with a passion for transforming operational capabilities? Our client is on a mission to elevate their Work and Asset Management systems, and they're looking for a talented Senior Solution Architect to lead the charge!
About the Role
Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in refreshing the Work and Asset Management capabilities. You will be instrumental in migrating from legacy systems to cutting-edge platforms, including IBM Maximo and ESRI ArcGIS. Your expertise will ensure a smooth transition and help the organisation unlock new automation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Domain Architect to align technology roadmaps with business needs.
Shape initiatives and conduct options analysis to prepare for Work and Asset Management workstreams.
Take ownership of the design process for implementing new capabilities on the ESRI ArcGIS platform.
Produce high-quality design documentation, ensuring thorough ownership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing feature and technical insights on the ESRI ArcGIS Platform to delivery teams and stakeholders.
Present designs to architectural peers, OAM delivery teams, and subject matter experts.
Engage senior business stakeholders, translating their requirements into architectural solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams for successful solution delivery.What We're Looking For
A minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture roles, specifically in solution architecture.
At least 3 years of experience in Work and Asset Management architecture, either as a solution architect or subject matter expert.
Subject Matter Expertise with ESRI ArcGIS is essential.
Experience with IBM Maximo (Maximo Application Suite) is a plus.
Background in utility or capital-intensive businesses is preferred.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with architectural frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
Proven ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies in complex delivery environments.
