What We’re Looking For Nursing qualification and valid NMC pin (preferred but not essential) Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager with a track record of achieving good or outstanding CQC ratings. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team. A resident-focused approach and passion for high-quality elderly care.
