First Military Recruitment is currently seeking a Parts Assistant on behalf of one of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Issue parts to workshop and engineers
* Handle incoming parts requests and enquiry calls
* Manage parts returns to the Parts Department
* Conduct stocktaking
* Identify parts accurately
* Order parts
* Sourcing of parts
* Assist with quotations
* Problem solving (e.g., incorrect parts supplied)
* Check parts booked on job sheets to ensure stock is replenished promptly
* Assist with parts filing
* Perform general administration for the Service Team
* Perform any other reasonable duties within your scope of knowledge, skills, and abilities as required
Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience and knowledge of Parts Department operations
* Excellent telephone manner
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
