I am delighted to be working with this growing client in The Facilities Management sector.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Unit Manager to lead the delivery, growth, and performance of two expanding service offerings - Passive Fire and Logistics – Storage - ensuring alignment with the company’s core values and business plans.
The Business Unit manager will Collaborate across the wider group to raise awareness of the company’s capabilities to existing and new clients in relation to new service workflows. Operating within a niche client segment, customer care, operational excellence, compliance and team spirit are essential values of our company ethos.

The Role
You will provide strong leadership, working closely with the Senior Management Team to deliver strategy, drive efficiencies, and promote our company values. You will oversee operations, financial management, client relationships, and team leadership, while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety Environmental, Quality and Equality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Ownership of two service offerings, including deliver of company strategic direction, operations, and business development.
* Ensure service workflows are fully integrated into group processes and aligned with core operations.
* Drive revenue, margin, and cost optimisation while maintaining compliance and service culture.
* Oversee staff management, recruitment, training and KPIs to embed company culture.
* Promote Business Unit growth through client relationships, networking, and new opportunities.
* Lead on audits, contract renewals, insurance, accreditations, and digital system adoption.

* Adaptable people management skills in relations to managing teams, suppliers and client relationships.
