Our client is a pioneering B2B ConTech company transforming how the built environment adopts digital solutions. We’re helping them hire two experienced Senior E-learning Designers to join their London-based team and lead the creation of engaging, interactive learning content for their users.
What you’ll do:
* Design interactive e-learning using tools like Articulate Storyline, Vyond, and Camtasia
* Build and manage content on LMS platforms (ideally FuseUniversal)
* Develop SCORM/xAPI-compliant modules for scalable delivery
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to storyboard, script, and deliver high-quality content
* Maintain templates, asset libraries, and ensure content is current and consistent
Tech Stack & Tools:
* Articulate Storyline / Rise
* Vyond
* Camtasia
* SCORM / xAPI
* LMS platforms (e.g. FuseUniversal)
* Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years in instructional design or digital learning
* Proven hands-on experience with the above tools and technologies
* Strong visual design and content structuring skills
* Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach
Package & Benefits:
* £50,000 salary
* 20–25 days holiday (depending on tenure)
