About the role Join our team at Calshot Activities Centre – a unique outdoor education and visitor attraction in the New Forest National Park. We’re looking for an experienced Catering and Contracts Officer to lead and develop our catering operations across a busy residential diner and café. You’ll ensure we deliver cost-effective, nutritional meals that meet compliance standards, while managing two unit managers and supporting teams of nine and five with rotas, training and development. What you’ll do Oversee catering compliance and menu development Deliver high-quality, cost-effective catering operations Line manage two unit managers and support wider teams Ensure training, rota planning and operational standards Build strong relationships and foster a “one team” culture What we’re looking for Degree-level education or equivalent experience Level 3 Food Safety in Catering Certificate Proven leadership in hospitality / catering operations Experience in menu planning and nutritional standards Strong financial acumen for cost control and forecasting Excellent communication and team management skills Why join us?
