This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor in Leeds to work within a collaborative, client-focused environment handling high-quality residential conveyancing matters.
As a Residential Property Solicitor in their Leeds office, you’ll benefit from strong internal support, flexible working and exposure to a varied caseload within a respected, progressive firm.
The Role
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Advising on remortgages and transfers of equity
- Supporting on more complex residential transactions where required
- Providing clear, practical advice to a varied client base
- Working closely with colleagues across wider departments
- Maintaining high levels of client care and service delivery
- Supporting business development and team growth
The Candidate
- NQ–5 PQE Solicitor with residential property experience
- Strong technical knowledge across conveyancing transactions
- Experience gained within a reputable firm
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Ambitious with a desire to progress within a growing firm
