Walsall Council is looking for an experienced social worker to join as a Team Manager in the West Locality Family Safeguarding Team.
About the role
You will lead a social work team to safeguard and promote the welfare of vulnerable children and families.
* Managing senior practitioners, social workers, NQSWs and trainee social workers.
* Delivering services in line with legislation, guidance and local policy.
* Making highly complex decisions about social service provision.
* Contributing to strategic developments for children and families using a restorative approach.

Required qualifications and skills
* Senior social work qualification.
