The Role
As Campaign Manager, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across global markets including the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Your goal will be to generate high-quality leads, drive engagement, and support revenue targets through strategic use of email, paid media, content, and social channels.
You’ll work closely with regional leads, sales teams, and product marketing to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives, tailored to local nuances, and consistently delivering ROI. This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of campaign strategy in a role that combines creativity, data, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop and launch multi-channel campaigns aligned with business and marketing goals
* Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and target segments by region
* Manage end-to-end campaign delivery: from brief to launch to reporting
* Ensure consistent brand voice and value propositions across all touchpoints
* Work with external agencies and vendors where required
* Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure automation, personalisation, and nurturing journeys are optimised
* Report regularly on campaign performance and present insights to senior stakeholders
* Experiment with new channels and tactics to increase reach and effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
You’re a strategic and data-savvy marketer with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering measurable results. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy managing multiple campaigns, and are confident collaborating with stakeholders across teams and time zones.
Essential Skills & Experience
* 4+ years of experience in SaaS campaign marketing is essential
* Hands-on experience delivering integrated global campaigns (Australia would be beneficial)
* Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
* Good knowledge of Hubspot is essential; experience with Jira is a plus
* Strong project and time management skills
* Solid understanding of digital channels including email, paid media, and content
* Confident using data to track, report, and improve performance
* Proactive communicator and creative problem-solver
