Your Mission: Lead the Future of Digital Insight As our Principal Digital Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for unlocking the full potential of our digital data. From tracking architecture to customer journey optimisation, you’ll turn complex information into clear, actionable insights that shape our eCommerce strategy and boost performance across web and app. You’ll work at the intersection of trading, product, marketing, and development, mentoring junior analysts, ensuring rock-solid data quality, and making sure every insight drives meaningful commercial value. What You’ll Own: Deliver early-warning analytics and opportunity spotting for trading teams Translate data into actionable insights that drive measurable commercial impact Ensure robust, accurate tracking via GA4, GTM, BigQuery, Firebase, and more Optimise deep-linking and cross-platform tracking for a seamless customer view Lead creation of a digital/product-focused data hub in our hybrid data mesh strategy Establish new datasets and reporting in Microsoft Fabric with platform team support Promote data maturity across the organisation and mentor junior analysts If You’ve Got: ✅ Proven experience in web/digital analytics (GA4, GTM, or Google Tag Gateway) ✅ Strong understanding of cross-platform and app tracking ✅ Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and debugging tools ✅ Solid grasp of JavaScript basics and front-end data flows ✅ Visualisation skills in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI ✅ Experience turning raw data into stories, strategies, and outcomes …then we’d love to hear from you!
