About the role…
As a Senior Account Manager or Junior Account Director, you’ll sit at the heart of the agency, leading client relationships and ensuring brand and packaging projects are delivered seamlessly from brief through to final delivery. You’ll be the key link between clients and the creative team, making sure work is strategically sound, creatively strong, and delivered on time and on budget.
What you’ll be doing day to day…
* Lead end-to-end delivery of design projects, aligning scope, timelines, and budgets while maintaining clear, consistent communication with clients and internal teams
* Translate client goals into clear, compelling creative briefs that inspire and guide design teams
* Manage brand identity and packaging projects from concept through to final delivery
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient, on-track delivery
* Collaborate closely with design, strategy, and production teams to produce high-quality, impactful creative work
* Ensure packaging projects progress seamlessly through design, artwork, and production stages
* Identify and capitalise on upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to drive revenue growth
* Own financial performance by managing budgets and profitability targets, monitoring monthly progress, and adapting plans to stay on track

* Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager within a branding, design or packaging agency
* Strong understanding of brand development and packaging design processes
* Confident managing multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously
* Excellent client communication skills, with experience presenting creative work
