Job Location: Ideal Location West Midlands/Manchester/Yorkshire - Covering the UK About the Role: As a Storeroom Services Technician, you will be integral to our storeroom operations, supporting new site implementations, undertaking full stores installations, and enhancing health and safety and operational practices onsite. Stores setup & refurbishment – Build, install, racking, shelving, and layout designs for new or upgraded storerooms. Data capture & SKU creation – Identify parts, gather key details (manufacturer, MPN, specifications), and support the build of accurate inventory databases. Standards & 5S implementation – Apply workplace organisation methods (5S) to ensure storerooms are efficient, safe, and easy to navigate Stock checks & verification – Conduct physical counts, reconciliations, and audits during project implementations to validate accuracy. Stores relocations & transitions – Support the movement of stock during store moves or consolidations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Process improvement support – Help implement consistent labelling, binning, and booking-out standards to improve efficiency and compliance. Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 08:00am – 17:00pm Total Hours: 40 Breaks: 60 mins Key Skills, Experience & Requirements: Hands-on experience with storeroom/warehouse projects – racking builds, refurbishments, or relocations. Strong data accuracy – skilled in capturing manufacturer, MPN, and stock details for database builds. Knowledge of stock control – audits, cycle counts, and SKU identification. 5S and workplace organisation mindset – able to set and maintain storeroom standards. Flexibility to travel and stay away from home – adaptable to overnight work on customer sites. What’s in it for you?
