Long Term Futures are working closely with a welcoming, Ofsted-rated "Good" primary school in Aldermans Green (CV2) to appoint a confident, resilient 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant with Team Teach training. You will provide dedicated, consistent support to a Year 4 boy with ASD and behavioural needs, helping him engage positively with learning and daily routines. Working alongside the class teacher, SENDCo and inclusion team, you will follow an individualised behaviour and learning plan, apply de-escalation techniques and deliver structured, calm support throughout the school day. Your presence will be key in reducing incidents, improving engagement and building trust through strong, professional relationships.
