We are seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate our presence in the UK and beyond. Reporting directly to the Global Product & Development Director, you'll be at the forefront of our ambitious growth strategy.

You'll be crucial in expanding our customer base, driving new sector penetration, and ensuring customer success. Key responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Growth: Develop and deliver the UK sales strategy, consistently owning and exceeding annual sales targets. Drive lead generation for new sectors and markets.
2. Sales Execution: Formulate and execute sales engagements and negotiation strategies, maintaining a robust pipeline (minimum 5x annual target). Oversee daily sales activities and optimise strategies.
