My Client is a medium sized and rapidly growing company located in Oxfordshire. The National Accounts Team are a small and friendly team who work with a wide range of customers and internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met. The National Accounts Administrator works as a pivotal member of this team to ensure that all sales opportunities are maximised, and customer requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner. This is predominantly a desk-based role, but also involves product review and sample management. Key Tasks Maintain Key Customer administration files Attend internal meetings and take detailed minutes Carry out retail pricing market research - online and store visits, obtaining samples Help to prepare and create presentation documents – Excel or PowerPoint Manage customer sample requirements, including receiving, unpacking, reviewing, weighing and measuring, recording, packing and despatching as required Respond to and follow up any customer enquiries Complete all customer product information forms and any other information required Working with various customer portals Help to coordinate artwork creation and distribution Coordinate technical files and liaise with external testing houses Provide general support to National Account Managers and the team Key skills and attributes Enthusiastic self-starter with a can-do attitude High attention to detail Ability to work to tight deadlines Analytical Ability to manage a wide range of tasks at any given time Ability to be able to work with a wide range of people Good Microsoft office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
