Lead Offshore Geotechnical Engineer
Location: Norfolk / International Waters

Key Responsibilities
* Take the lead in managing and executing offshore geotechnical investigations for major projects.
* Provide expert geotechnical analysis, including soil sampling, testing, and interpretation of data.
* Lead the design, evaluation, and optimization of geotechnical solutions for offshore foundations and infrastructure.
* Oversee a team of engineers, providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff.
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
* Ensure compliance with industry safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Develop and deliver technical reports, presentations, and recommendations to clients.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; MSc preferred.
* Relevant offshore geotechnical experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
* In‑depth knowledge of geotechnical site investigations, soil mechanics, and offshore foundation design.
* Experience with offshore geotechnical software, analysis tools, and investigation techniques.
* Strong leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
* Live in or near Norfolk.
* Full right to work in the UK.
