We're looking for a General Manager for a community pub in Wakefield. Salary up to 42k, dependant on experience plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub
The Swan & Cygnet is a large destination, community food pub with carvery in Wakefield.
It functions via a large 140 cover open plan trading area, and 7 day carvery operation to compliment the Marston's community food menu. There is a fantastic, large patio and beer garden, as well as a large car park for guests. The pub is close to a number of shops and businesses, with easy access to the M1 and other road links so perfectly positioned for passing and drive to patrons.
The Swan & Cygnet has 66/34 food to drink split and averages £22,000 a week and in busy weeks can deliver £28,000 so needs a strong food-experienced GM able to deliver a carvery and high volume food offer, creating a welcoming and memorable experience to guests.
Management accommodation is available in the form of three bedroom flat, with lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
