The Role:
We are looking for passionate and driven retailers to join our team as Stock Assistant at our Hay St Store! You will support the Management team in driving sales, leading a team, ensuring operational excellence, and playing an integral part in the store’s success.

The role & responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service in store with premium products
* Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
* Open and close stores, including late‑night trades
* Support management in leading the team
* Process large volumes of stock
* Pick and pack click & dispatch orders
* Assist in maintaining in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising & required cleaning
* Maintain a positive can‑do attitude at all times to sell to customers
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Full availability/flexibility to work 38 hours per week
* Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
* A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
* A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
* The ability to work well within a fast‑paced and energetic team environment
* Self‑motivation and willingness to meet or exceed sales targets & KPIs
* Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
