Lead Designer – Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
* Support the Design Managers with day-to-day activities to ensure project deadlines are met according to the planned schedule.
* Take ownership of allocated projects as assigned by the Design Manager.
* Brief the design and technical teams on new projects and provide ongoing guidance throughout.
* Review drawings to confirm alignment with the project brief, brand guidelines, and company standards.
* Prepare, review, and approve drawings based on outcomes from design review meetings.
* Assume full responsibility for any drawings personally reviewed and checked.

1. Action and communicate changes following instruction updates or best practice notices:
2. Ensure changes are briefed to the team.
3. Update relevant templates as needed.
