Responsibilities
* Provide round-the-clock care, including personal care, companionship, and home help.
* Be a consistent and comforting presence, offering support tailored to each client's unique needs.
* Assist with tasks such as cooking, medication reminders, housekeeping, and emotional support.
As a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance of up to £35 per week from the client, a separate room to stay in and access to a TV and WiFi. You are also provided a 2 hour break when it is suitable for the client.
About the Client
We're looking for a compassionate and reliable live‑in carer to support a client in the Yeovil area. Our client will soon be discharged from hospital and requires a calm, capable live‑in carer to provide support and reassurance during their recovery. The ideal carer will be confident, compassionate, and able to instil trust and comfort in our client. A driving licence is essential, and as there is a much‑loved cat in the home, the carer must be comfortable around animals. If you love caring for other people and you have a fantastic personality, then this role is for you.
