The Role Reports to : Global Head of People Ops & Culture Location : WeWork HQ, Waterloo - Hybrid (minimum once in the office per week) Remuneration: Up to £34k (Base) Growth Shares Company Performance Bonus (10%) & Wider UK Benefits iProov is currently hiring a People Ops Coordinator, focused on culture and engagement to join our People function in London. How You’ll Make An Impact Performance Management : Working with the People Ops team, you’ll support the performance management cycles, helping people with questions and supporting managers with soundboarding and guidance. Manager Empowerment : You’ll help our people managers to understand how to use our tools, processes and policies to best support their teams. You’ll support managing global teams and the differences between countries when it comes to people practices. Benefits Ops : You’ll work with our People Ops Advisor to help people with benefit queries and make sure our benefit and perks people content is up to date and promoted. Compliance and Security : You’ll work with our compliance and security teams to make sure our people operations documentation meets our quality standards. You’ll attend annual audits and take actions to ensure we meet our compliance requirements. You’ll be responsible for the application and tracking of our security clearance - our colleagues have to maintain special clearance types and you’ll look after ensuring they’re in place and re-applied for. HR Tech : You’ll make sure our HR tech (HiBob, Experian, Paycom, Deel, Aon, Pave) is up to date, perform regular data hygiene checks and help with any queries our iProovers have. We’re looking for you to approach everything you do with a user experience and optimisation mindset - when managing our tools you’ll identify areas for this and work with the People team to implement changes in this space. Policy & Procedures : You’ll work with the People team to keep our policies and processes up to date. You’ll answer questions people have about these policies and identify opportunities for improved communications and optimisation of process. Onboarding : You’ll coordinate ensuring our new employees have the tools they need to be successful starting on day one. These resources range from system set up, conducting background checks to induction support and training needed to navigate the company. Offboarding : You’ll coordinate closing out relationships with employees to ensure a smooth departure. You’ll gather feedback and learn from experiences. You’ll ensure all offboarding administration is handled and IT Ops, Compliance, Finance etc are informed along the way. Leave Management : Manages time off systems (global leave policies/ system schemes) and ensures people are supported during and after returning to work from long term leave (e.g. parental). Internal Communications : You’ll be a communication champion, sharing company news on people's events and letting people know about changes (joiners, leavers, promotions) Engagement and Connection : You’ll create shared spaces to build trust and community among coworkers. You’ll be responsible for curating and managing socials, hosting events that help iProovers connect and promote engagement initiatives. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging : You’ll lead DEIB initiatives to ensure an iProov is curating an inclusive workplace. With the help of the People team, you’ll design DEIB policies, provide support for managers, and you’ll coordinate the DEIB committee. Office Engagement : You’ll look after day to day office duties - managing passes and employee issues with access. You’ll think of ways to make the office engaging and inviting. Visa Management : You’ll be responsible for ensuring our employees have the right to work documentation on file. You’ll also coordinate the application and renewal of any sponsored visas working hand in hand with our immigration lawyers Who We’re Looking For Experience of working in a prior HR/People role, ideally 2 years of experience.
