About the Role
As a Lecturer, you\'ll deliver engaging and inclusive learning to students across a range of levels - from Entry Level to Higher Education. Your role will include:
* Planning and delivering high-quality, inspiring sessions using a range of teaching methods
* Creating and assessing SMART targets to support student progression
* Using technology and blended learning to enhance the curriculum
* Supporting and guiding students with their academic and career goals
* Contributing to course development and quality assurance processes
* Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a high standard of teaching, learning, and student success
You'll also be involved in recruitment, open days, learner support, and internal verification activities, playing a vital role in the growth and success of the department.
What We're Looking For
We\'re seeking someone who is:
* Qualified in teaching (Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training or equivalent), or willing to work towards it
* Holds a relevant Level 3/4 qualification or degree in Health & Social Care or a related field
* Brings industry experience and up-to-date sector knowledge
* A motivator and role model for learners of all backgrounds and abilities
* Confident using technology and e-learning tools
* Organised, proactive, and committed to high-quality teaching
