 
        
        Information Technology Service Delivery Manager
Circa £70k per annum + benefits (Up to 20% bonus, life assurance, and 25 days holiday + bank holidays). Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in Parklands office.
Our client is a Global FTSE 250 organisation undergoing a major transformation under a new CIO. Over the next three years, the business will transition from a federated model to a centralised global structure, supported by significant investment in technology and a new global outsourcing model for IT operations.
This role sits within the Infrastructure and Service Operations team and will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and performance of a suite of HR and People applications provided by an outsourced vendor. You’ll act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and internal tech teams, ensuring services align with business needs and deliver value.
Qualifications
 * Managing enterprise-grade HR and People systems (e.g. payroll, recruitment, talent, learning, compensation & benefits)
 * Working at a global level with an understanding of different cultures and regional business needs
 * Thriving in fast‑paced, complex environments
 * Winning hearts and minds across diverse stakeholder groups
 * Working with third‑party and offshore providers to deliver high‑quality services
 * Applying ITIL service management principles
 * Experience or knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR platforms
